Have a notification system within Emnify that does not require the use of a third party program. We just need to be notified when SIM cards reach their alert threshold or their data limits. Its too difficult to implement a third party program for this.

An extremely useful option would be to allow the SIM to be placed in "Factory Test" mode and when the 30kb or 10 SMS are consumed, it automatically goes to "Suspended" mode and not to activated mode. Only to test in the factory and that can be later activated in a controlled way through API

Sometimes it is not sufficient to press the reset connectivity button in order to delete a PDP Context. We manually need to deactivate the SIM for some seconds and then activate it again.

Have the option to filter the sim by the state of its connection: Online/Offline/Attached. It would help a lot. Thanks

We would love to allow our technical colleagues to work directly with your platform on the field and do debugging without constantly requesting intervention from your support. However, it is currently impossible for us to proceed even by assigning them an observer status as they can still see our financial/contractual/billing info. It is really a problem for us

We would like to create a new account for a 3rd party supplier. This supplier needs only to reset the SIM cards, not to view all the pricing details of the SIM cards.

The load time in the dashboard, you guys can do better than that! At times it is very slow and clumsy filtering for tags/ICCIDs etc. There should be an indicator in the connected devices view that shows whether a device is counted as active in the billing cycle and it should be possible to filter for that The tag filter needs to be able to auto-fill tags when searching I keep getting logged out from 2FA and have to re-enter even if I select "remember this device". Probably an issue with your cookie The table view for devices is way too tall (it would be better to fit more devices into less space from a UI side, see attached images)

An option in the SIM inventory to hide SIM cards that have already been assigned to a device.

Some of our devices require firmware updates for additional functionality. This can only done by our supplier. We can use OpenVPN and an API token, but this gives network access to our entire private EMnify cloud. We would like to restrict access to either an individual IP address or an additional IP address space (subnet). We could implement our own DMZ server with a OpenVPN client and NAT, but that is a responsibility we would rather not take on.
