Feature Requests

Currently our device and SIM listing does not support too many detailed queries which we know you want to make like Filter devices by the last digits of the ICCID Filter devices by MSISDN Filter devices by currently connected mobile network operator Filter and sort devices by connectivity status Filter and sort devices by monthly consumption Filter SIMs which are active and connected to disabled devices These are the most common I have heard of, if you have any further ones, please comment them below 💬 To enable those more complicated queries, we will revamp our devices and SIM API and with it, also integrate it in our new portal!

We received a lot of customer feedback asking for various features regarding the possibility to divide their business into something like sub-accounts, some may call it projects or maybe event customers of yours who should have isolated access to some features of our portal only. The current idea is to provide the option mainly for bigger organisations to be able to split their project access for different teams/departments so that the team working on the electric car charging stations does can not interfere the team maintaining the connected elevators or security cameras. Still a managing entity above those projects should be able to manage access to the different projects for all the company users so that one user can access multiple projects and the managing entity above the projects can buy and assign different tariffs for each project and have an overview over the expenses while being able to get invoices per project. Please be patient with us since this is a change requiring quite some development and planning.

As you probably know we are working with a product environmentally friendly. We are trying to make some effort where it's possible to follow this idea. That's why i just wanted to share with you the possibility to use recycled plastic for your SIM. Indeed the card itself but particularly all the useless surface around the SIM could be reused. Or at least come from a second life of the material. Thank you Best regards

Have within the integration menu and the "Coverage Policies", to be able to add a BlackList to a "Coverage Policies" profile that allows placing operators that are not allowed to connect to every endpoint that is found with that "Coverage Policies"
