I would like to request a way to audit SIM cards when we change coverage plans, for example, considering the dates and coverage plans selected. Currently, there is no way to verify if a SIM card has undergone any coverage plan changes, which makes auditing difficult. The platform is great, but I believe this is essential.

Is it possible to get an report over the daily data usage of 1 SIM over x days? E.g. 30 days, 60 days.

I do not like it because it has so much whites pace on the screen. Do you want to create a reason to to add "dark mode" to the UI? The design before was better.

There is the report ‘Data usage per coverage area’. But you can't know which ICCID is the one that has consumed those MB. For example it is impossible for me to know who consumes 4 MB in ‘REST OG WORLD II’.

For mass OTA of field devices, it's mandatory for us to know live status of each Endpoint - to trigger OTA only on 4G connected devices (as 2G/3G connected devices may fail downloads) because Gateways are installed on moving vehicles.

A data usage per month and per SIM report should also contain the activation date of the SIM and the list should contain SIM-cards without usage showing 0 Bytes, 0 SMS, etc.

Our business works in order to check hourly the data consumption to have an overview on the behavior of the devices (robots) of our clients. The possibility to have the live traffic report available for every single SIM will surely give us the chance to deploy more SIMs and implement our business more. Is it possible to implement this feature in the new portal?

The Traffic History report allows data to be filtered by Country and Network. Adding a filter by Tag would enable both more flexible reporting and a more relevant summary for my connected devices.

In the new portal-> reports -> network activity CDR. Display the country and operator details in the table (and exported data)
