A data usage per month and per SIM report should also contain the activation date of the SIM and the list should contain SIM-cards without usage showing 0 Bytes, 0 SMS, etc.

I agree, there is currently no way at all to audit SIM cards with zero usage.
You cannot even sort the device list by the amount of data used.
