We would love to allow our technical colleagues to work directly with your platform on the field and do debugging without constantly requesting intervention from your support. However, it is currently impossible for us to proceed even by assigning them an observer status as they can still see our financial/contractual/billing info. It is really a problem for us

We sadly need to set this epic back to planned, since we will focus on SAML and multiple inclusive volumes per organisation first.
Please excuse this change in priorities.
Of course we will keep this feature planned for the future.

Sadly not yet, we are doing the foundation for that within the sub-accounts epic, but we will focus on the sub-accounts first and afterwards proceed to this EPIC since sub-accounts are voted for more often and know that a lot of customers are waiting for it since long.
As promised I'll keep you posted when we have updates.

thank you very much for your request.
We are currently trying out options how we can enable much more fine grained access permission management.
This is part of the preparation for our other EPIC "Subaccount/Project support" but we may deliver this one even before the final version of the subaccounts.
I'll keep you posted on the progress we are doing here, but please understand that this is again a major rework of our infrastructure since we heard that other companies have slightly different permissions that they need to be able to set, so we want to give you much more fine grained control over your roles and what can be accessed and modified by which role.
