Factory Test to Suspend

An extremely useful option would be to allow the SIM to be placed in "Factory Test" mode and when the 30kb or 10 SMS are consumed, it automatically goes to "Suspended" mode and not to activated mode.
Only to test in the factory and that can be later activated in a controlled way through API

The fact that it cannot go from "Factory Test" to "Suspended" makes Factory Test completely pointless. I hope this is resolved ASAP.

Dear Alejandro,
I wanted to reach out and provide an update on this feature request. We are currently working on making few feature improvements on our Factory Test functionality which will be released in this quarter. There is a possibility that the new functionality may make this feature request (Factory test to suspend) obsolete. But the request remains open on our backlog and I will update you as soon as we have some findings after the new improvements are released.
Best regards,

Hi Alejandro,
Thank you for feedback.
We will be working on a feature that will allow users to pre-select the end status "Activated" or "Suspended" that the sim cards will automatically move to after the Factory test mode limits are (data/SMS) reached.
I hope this is what you are looking for :)
Please let me know.
Best regards,
Varun Patel

Varun Patel: Perfect,
One more question, in Factory Test mode, does the SIM work in any operator ?, or is it only limited according to coverage policies?

Alejandro Dirgan: The behavior of the sim in Factory Test is similar to the rest. The only difference is that for the limited amount of Data/SMSs, there is no cost attached to it. Nor it would affect the inclusive volume or pooled volume. So yes, it will be limited according to coverage policies configured.
