While there is no currently fast and easy way how to improve the bulk unblocking for operators in Connected Devices. I can suggest a potential workaround.
You can block/unblock operators in bulk for all devices using Coverage Policy for that. Have a look at this docs: https://docs.emnify.com/portal/how-tos/block-networks
In the meantime I will see how we can bring this change to the roadmap. Thanks for your request.

Dear Sirs, we are encountering the same limitation mentioned previously. Just as operators can be blocked in batches or on multiple lines at once, they can also be unblocked in the same way.
Currently, if we block 1,000 lines, we have to unblock them manually one by one. This is unfeasible. We have relied on support for this, but it is not ideal to bother them all the time.
We need a tool that meets this need.
