SMS notification when the device connects to the network

Our devices are battery powered , mostly offline and connect to the network once in a while. I would welcome automatic notification to be informed (e.g. SMS to a specified number) that the device has just connected to the network and is currently online.
This function could be set for each device separately on the device page (General tab).

Hi Jiri Mlejnek and juan borja
Glad that you wrote this request.
While we have on our roadmap an improved alerts and notifications, I can offer you a solution that can address the problem already now.
Have you tried our no-code workflows in Portal's Integrations?
You can visit an Integrations tab on the Portal. There we have a No-Code workflows, that can allow you to build an automatic notification (SMS, email, slack and etc.) that the device has just connected to the network and is currently online. The trigger event for you in this case would be "PDP context creation" event.
You can check this documentation for more details https://www.emnify.com/developer-blog/emnify-zapier-nocode
Let me know if you need help in building this no-code integration and I would arrange a call to help you with that integration.

Pasha: Hi, Thanks for the no-code workflow tip. Unfortunately, I did not find an integration that would allow me to set SMS notification for "PDP context creation" event. Can you please be more specific how I should proceed? Thank you.

Jiri Mlejnek: thank you for your reply. Quick question: does it have to be a SMS? Zapier and emnify have some limitations that would require you to use an external SMPP provider with an API integration. Could an email work too?
