Hi, can you give us some insights into the term "larger" please?
As I guess you mean SMS per device, would it be the last for example 30 SMS of a device or the last month of SMS of a device?
What would be useful for you?
I'd love to figure out if there's a way we can bring this quick or if you absolutely require the full history or an option to filter or page though the SMS.
Also when you say "download", what data exactly would you like to download and in which format?
Would a CSV file be okay with the dates, originator, destination number, and message?
If you tell us your use case, this could help a lot to understand how we can best support you.

Yes per device would be great.
If we could download, message date and time, from each device, would be the best.
Yes CSV would be fine.
We have a device which sends out text massages to around 12 people, triggered from a digital input.
Some people on the list weren't receiving the message, when I first looked there as a record of the message from the device to Emnify.
but when I looked later I couldn't see all the messages which were there previously.
I would be using the information to check :-
- our device is sending the correct data, to the correct number.
- The time the message was send.
- If this is correct and they recipient did not receive a message then would could investigate why.
- We need to check our billing against when the messages are sent.
- We can check our device is only sending messages when it should.

We've used a different system now, so I don't need to raise a ticket we were too busy to "play" with it to get it working so switched to a system we know works.
