Sms directly from a cell number

I would like to request to be able to send sms directly from a cell phone as you do on normal celular numbers. Some clients require to send sms to their devices.

When I tried it, it worked with some networks. But the reply is only coming to the platform, it does not come to the cellphone that the initial message was sent from. Which would be nice to have.
