When a "connected device" is renamed or I add or remove a tag, it always resets the connectivity and my devices lose connectivity. Depending on the device, this can lead to a longer outage, even if I only change something on the device that doesn't affect connectivity, like changing the coverage policy.

Hi,
We have the same problem right now, when we change the endpoint the simcard loses connectivity for an indeterminate time, sometimes a few minutes and sometimes more.
