It would be extremely helpful to assist customers if there were a report where it was possible to audit the life cycle of the SIM Card, that is, when it was Activated, Suspended, etc.

In Automations there are Events logs, but you can only view a maximum of 21 days. There are several situations where we need to analyze activations or cancellations from months ago. And there's no way to view that audit.

Could you check the possibility of increasing the filtering of the Events log, or being able to download a larger report, please?
