Hi Varun, prefer 4G but still have 2G fall back. We are seeing some units connecting to 2G with a unit next to it on 4G, we then have to perform a restart to get it connected to 4G. So if we could push/force 4G first it would support our network.

Just to make sure we scope this right: are you looking for the device to prefer 4G but still fall back to 2G if 4G isn't available, or do you need 2G blocked outright even if that means no connection at all? These lead to different solutions, so knowing which one matters for your use case would help.
