Currently we have limitations when downloading our list of units, list of devices of devices (endpoints) and probably some other information. For example, we currently have more than 30,000 registered units and through "statistics → SIM repository" it only allows us to download 30k lines, which makes it impossible for us to quickly have all the information we need constantly.

Hi,
we have adjusted our reports to support pagination. Now all reports including SIM list, Device List, Device Usage show the first 20.000 rows by default and based on the dashboard filter
Page
you can show the remaining devices. In order to show for which SIMs you were charged in the last month(s) we also released the report "Monthly Invoiced SIMs".
I will mark this request as complete but let me know if you have any other requests.
Best Regards
Christian

Hi Edward: appreciate your feedback here and I'm going to look into this for you.
In the meantime, could you share with me what you do with the information after you download it? If you'd prefer to do that in a private channel, feel free to book a slot in my calendar: https://outlook.office.com/bookwithme/user/3a9b9ac8c59b42f7bd5b651290d494c8@emnify.com/meetingtype/7iax9uWJsEGVyaSubkPnhA2?anonymous

Jeffrey Stahlnecker: The information helps us monthly to keep an exact record of which units are active from our customers (since we resell SIM cards), we complement this with the consumption report by device and thus we know in a very approximate way which units are the that they do not invoice EMnify since at the moment you do not have a detail that tells us exactly each unit that we are being charged for. The closest you guys get to that is consumption per device, but for active units and no consumption, we simply have no way of knowing that we were charged. For this reason, with this method that I am telling you, we can know more or less well not only the units that charge us because they had consumption, but also those that charge us without having consumption due to the fact of being active.
Additionally, it is always good to be able to download the complete information of our units at any time. We usually did it like this until we reached the limits of the reports that the statistics option provides.

Edward: Great feedback. I really appreciate the detail you added here. We're working a solution to the "which device am I charged for" problem as well. I'll move this over to planned.
