Dear Good afternoon, we need your help with the “Unlock Operator “option in group form (Black List) of our simcards.
We currently have the option to “block” at the group level but at the time of removing it can only be done one by one.
This option is important to us because we have more than 500 simcards and that would make our work easier.
I am attaching an image of the web page we operate and there I indicate the option I have to block operators because I only select all the simcards and it allows me to block the operator I want in one place.
But now that I want to get off the Black List, I don't have that group option for simcards, just one by one.
I hope you can help us with what was requested.

We started to discuss the implementation of this functionality in the team. But it is not added to the roadmap, because of other higher priority functionality.
It is currently in my backlog. I assume that we can deliver it by the end of the year.
As soon as it would be on the roadmap I would notify you by email.

Thank you for bringing up that problem. We have already received a request to improve the mass operation to unlock operators. We would consider it and see how quickly we can bring this improvement.
To better understand their requirements, you can answer the questions:
- In what situations do you need to block operators in a group form and when do you need to unblock them in a group form?
- How do you filter the list of devices to have only those that you want to block operators on? Is it difficult to filter the list with existing filters+search?

1) I need to block the Claro operator when there is a degradation of service or they have problems with their signal and what I do is select all the simcards and I give it the option to block the operator and it gives me the option of doing it in a group of all the simcards we have that are like 600, I block the Claro operator and only leave the signal of the Movistar operator.
When the Claro service is restored there I need to unblock the operator... but the emnify page doesn't allow me to do it in groups but one by one.
2) I don't filter, I just select them from one of all the simcards and there I place the option to block operator.
I hope I can count on your kind help, since this option is important to us because we use it every time the Claro operator's service goes down. Blocking, as I mentioned before, is easy, we just select and do it in a group way.
But to unlock it you have to do it one by one, simcard by simcard and then there is a delay in the process. We work with satellite tracking and we need to do it in the shortest possible time so that the simcards recover the signal quickly and transmit again and we don't have complaints from our customers. They check their service every moment because they broadcast every 30 seconds. These simcards are placed on GPS that go inside urban buses in our city.
for this reason we need your kind help.
