I understand that you want to get access to the device data communication logs to better understand which services your devices are communicating to. There is the option to get pcap captures / Wireshark traces that you can request over support so you see the communication over your devices.

For Cloudwatch - even though customers are logically separated the CloudWatch logs would capture all traffic from all accounts and therefore cannot be shared.

We will release an on demand pcap capturing functionality in the portal for these troubleshooting use cases before touching CloudWatch due to complexity. Let me know what additional information you expect to get from CloudWatch.
