add more data limits to service policy

Please add the possibility to manually set a monthly limit in the service policy. If this is not possible, add the following ones: 4MB per month
• 11MB per month
• 13MB per month
• 14MB per month
• 15MB per month
• 17MB per month
• 19MB per month
• 21MB per month
• 22MB per month
• 23MB per month
• 24MB per month
