Ability to toggle 2G connectivity on/off in Service Policy

Currently the option is grayed out and cannot be disabled/enabled. We'd like to be able to have the ability to do so in our account. We don't want units to ever connect to 2G. We don't connect to 3G as of the moment either. For now, our units only use 4G LTE/LTE-M so we'd like to have the option to disable 2G connection

Hi Irene,
2G/3G couldn't be disabled up to now because we needed to guarantee SMS service kept working. If a device lost 2G/3G with no fallback, it would also lose SMS, including SMS used for remote device management.
We're now working on a solution that keeps SMS working over 4G, so 2G/3G can be disabled without losing that. This is in planning, targeting development in the first half of the year. We'll post an update here once we have a firmer date.
