🔌 Device Offline Event 🚨 - LIKE this post to join the BETA

Context
Stemming from requests we actually received for our Zapier Integration, we have worked hard over the last couple months to bring you the first event from the Business Operations team - the Device Offline
 event.
When does it happen?
When an endpoint closes a PDP context and does not Create a PDP Context in the following 30 minutes
, the Device Offline Event is produced. This is useful when customers are expecting their devices to 'stay connected', 'online', or when customers want to use this even in conjunction with other events or actions, like found in Zapier.
How will it look?
If you are using our Data Streamer, you can already find this event when choosing stream all events or when selecting this event specifically as seen below.
You will also find the event populating in the Device detail section which shows the device's events as seen below.
Where to find it/How to use it
As this is in BETA
, we will be manually configuring your organisation initially to receive the event if you are interested in testing this event out with us.
