You can now permanently delete SIMs from Portal.

How to use the feature
- go to the Connected DevicesPage
- filter and select the devices and SIMs you want to delete
- go to More>Delete devices
- select Delete device and assigned SIM

If the SIM is not assigned to a device - you can also delete the SIMs within the SIM Inventory.
- go to the SIM Inventorypage
- filter and select the SIMs you want to delete
- click on Delete SIMSin the upper bar
- confirmthe deletion
When you delete a SIM, the SIM will receive an SMS that terminates it and prevents further network activity. The SIM cannot be used afterwards. By removing SIMs that are no longer in use, you help us maintain an efficient, fair network environment for all your and other customers' devices.
