Introducing

feature, making it easier to adjust device data limits mid-month and keep devices connected, even if they’re blocked or nearing their limit.

What’s New

The new Data Limit Extension feature provides several key benefits:

Individual Device Limit Increase:
You can now extend or increase the data limit for individual devices, rather than modifying the service policy.
Restore Connectivity:
Extending the data limit for a device that was blocked due to reaching its cap will automatically restore its connectivity.
Temporary Extension:
The extended data limit is applicable only for the current month. At the beginning of the next month, the limit automatically reverts to the data limit configured in the device's currently assigned service policy.

How to use the feature

To extend a device’s data limit, follow these steps:

Navigate to
Connected Devices
.
Select the specific device you wish to manage and access the device details page.
Go to the
General tab
.
Under the
Status
section, within the
Services
subsection, click
Extend limit
.
On the following screen, you can modify the proposed new limit value if required. Click the
Extend limit
button to apply the increase.
You can track your actions in
Reports > Overview current month
