We received a lot of customer feedback asking for various features regarding the possibility to divide their business into something like sub-accounts, some may call it projects or maybe event customers of yours who should have isolated access to some features of our portal only.
The current idea is to provide the option mainly for bigger organisations to be able to split their project access for different teams/departments so that the team working on the electric car charging stations does can not interfere the team maintaining the connected elevators or security cameras.
Still a managing entity above those projects should be able to manage access to the different projects for all the company users so that one user can access multiple projects and the managing entity above the projects can buy and assign different tariffs for each project and have an overview over the expenses while being able to get invoices per project.
